This Privacy Policy explains how GAC Advisory LLC ("we," "us," the "Academy") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit the Cannabis Accounting Academy website or purchase its products. We aim to collect only what we need to operate the Academy and serve you well.
Purchases are handled by third-party processors. The Cannabis Accounting Essentials Guide is sold through Gumroad, and our courses are sold and delivered through Thinkific (using its built-in payments). Your payment-card details are provided directly to these processors and handled under their own privacy policies and security standards. If you join a waitlist or opt into updates, we use your email to contact you about the Academy. Waitlist sign-ups are processed through Formspree, and course-related and account emails are handled through Thinkific. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.
We do not use third-party advertising or analytics tracking on this website. The only cookies that may be set are those used by our checkout provider (Gumroad) when you begin a purchase, and by Thinkific when you log in to access your courses. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some may affect checkout or course access.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the Academy (checkout, email, hosting, analytics), and only as needed for them to perform those services — or where required by law.
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the products and meet legal, accounting, and reporting obligations, after which we delete or anonymize it.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop sending you marketing emails. To make a request, email us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Academy is a professional-education product intended for adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
