All content offered by the Academy — including the Essentials Guide, Track 1, Track 2, the Full Bundle, state modules, templates, workpapers, and assessments — is provided solely for professional education. It reflects federal law as of its publication date and is not tailored to any specific client, engagement, jurisdiction, or factual situation.
Nothing on this site creates an accountant-client, attorney-client, or other professional-services relationship between you and GAC Advisory LLC. The materials are not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. You remain solely responsible for applying professional judgment, verifying current law, and complying with the standards of your own licensing bodies when serving your clients.

Templates and workpapers provided expressly for client work may be used in your own engagements, but may not be redistributed as standalone products.
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are listed on each product page. Payments are processed by our third-party provider (e.g. [Gumroad / Stripe]); your purchase is also subject to that provider's terms. The $47 Essentials Guide is credited in full toward Track 1 enrollment under the conditions described on the relevant product pages. We may change prices and offers prospectively at any time.
Because our products deliver immediate access to downloadable educational content, refunds are handled as follows: [Insert your refund policy — e.g. a 14-day satisfaction window for the Essentials Guide; describe any policy for the tracks/bundle]. Where checkout is handled by a third-party platform, that platform's refund mechanics also apply.
Products described as offering "lifetime access" provide access for as long as the Academy continues to operate the product; this is not a guarantee of perpetual operation. We aim to keep materials available and current but may update, revise, or retire content as law and practice evolve.
All curriculum, written content, designs, marks, and assessments are the property of GAC Advisory LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. "Cannabis Accounting Academy" and associated branding may not be used without written permission.
You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to gain unauthorized access, scraping or copying content at scale, or using the materials for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access for conduct that violates these Terms.
The site and its materials are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the materials are error-free or that they reflect the most current legal developments at the moment of your use. Cannabis remains federally controlled; you are responsible for understanding the legal context in which you and your clients operate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GAC Advisory LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of — or reliance on — the materials. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
